Not that Michael Jackson. The Beer Hunter has passed away of a heart attack.

Colin McGinn gives a lot of arguments which are the same thoughts which led me to my current state of belief. I think I’m moving from post-theism to antitheism. I found myself asking an employee of King Books (where I was trading in some bibles, including a sweet Eastern Star bible) if they categorized books on atheism in philosophy or science. I agree with Dawkins and McGinn’s basic premise ; religion is dangerous and pernicious. I don’t mean that as a personal attack on the many people whom I love and respect who are also religious. Whatever you think or hope for at night or at church when your eyes are closed is your own business. The institution of religion is dangerous and stupid and harmful. Religious America has been politically energized so it’s time for those of us with no church to rally against it.

A lot of people I know didn’t get to see Scotch Bonnet when I was the bass player. Fortunately, we recorded four songs at Dave Hytenin’s studio. This is a video for one of the songs. It’s called Eliza’s Over. Scotty Karate plays guitar and sings, Terry Bradley plays drums, and I play bass and the crybaby disco guitar at the very end. I can also be heard clapping my hands and singing backup vocals.
